UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services (no signature required). Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), although it may take longer for personalised items, pre-order items, or during busy times.
Pre-order items
If your order contains a pre-order item, we’ll dispatch your order once all items are in stock so everything arrives together. If you’d like in-stock items sent sooner, please contact us and we can arrange a separate shipment (additional postage applies).
Gift Orders
Prince & Princess Petwear offers a complimentary gift sending service. Tick the gift checkbox in your Shopping Bag to send directly to the recipient without an invoice. You can also add a gift message and we’ll include it with the order.
International Delivery
We offer tracked international delivery. Prices are shown at checkout based on destination and order size.

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned clean, securely packaged, and in original condition, with any tags attached and free from visible signs of wear.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless an item is defective or we’ve made a mistake. In those cases, we’ll reimburse return postage up to the value of a standard tracked return.
Bespoke items (including personalised cat clothing or collars adjusted using our Custom Fitting
You can exchange any item for a different size/colour/style within the 30-day returns/exchange period. Simply return the item to us securely packaged, unused, with tags attached, and include your instructions.
Small items can usually be exchanged for free, but we may need to charge postage for bulky or heavy items that require a courier.
