Gift Cards Terms & Conditions

Gift cards have an expiry date of 24 months from the date of issue.

The Prince & Princess Petwear Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.

Gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £5 to a maximum of £100.

Gift cards can be used for full or part payment of goods at the following www.princeprincesspetwear.co.uk

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please treat gift cards like cash. No responsibility will be accepted for lost or stolen gift cards, and such cards will not be refunded.

If any item purchased with a gift card is exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the card.

If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction. Please allow 24 hours between transactions for the new balance to be made available.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. This does not affect your legal rights.
