How to order
Simply provide the following information and add to your shopping bag:
- Your pets's length measurement (from the collar the start of tail)
- Your pet's chest measurement (behind front legs, not too tight)
- Your pet’s neck measurement (around the collar, not too tight)
- Your design instructions (colours, pattern etc).
If you have any images of the design you would like, please attach them in a reply to the order confirmation email.

HOW TO MEASURE
HOW TO MEASURE
There are three measurements you'll need to take when sizing dog clothes:
The Body Length
Measure from the base of your pet’s head (where the collar normally sits) along the backbone to the base of the tail (the point where the tail begins).
The Chest Measurement
Using a tape measure or string, measure the chest at the broadest point, (this is usually directly behind the front legs.)
The Neck Circumference
Measure the circumference of your pet’s neck as you would for a collar. Ensure that this is not tight, (you should be able to get two fingers behind the measuring tape.)
Leg Length (optional)
Measure from the point where the collar sits at the shoulder, straight down to the paws. (This measurement is not as important as the others, but it will give an indication of how far down garments will fall on the legs.)
Still the right fit?
Because every pet is different with a unique body shape, it is important that new pet clothes fit properly. Check that you can fit two fingers under the neck, that the chest is not too tight or restrictive, and that the garment is not too long
Buying Based on Breed
Although, it is recommended that pets are measured before choosing new pet collars, clothes and beds etc, we know that this isn't always possible when buying gifts or for new puppies.
The size chart below is a guide only, as all pets are unique and therefore may not fit into their breed's 'standard' size. Within breeds, there will be some size variation between the genders with females being smaller (sometimes one or two sizes smaller than males of the same breed.)

Order Processing
We aim to process orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), although it may take longer for personalised items or during busy times.
Gift Orders
Prince & Princess Petwear offers a free gift sending service, so you can choose the perfect gift for your friends and family, and we'll deliver it to them without an invoice. Just tick the gift checkbox on your Shopping Bag page. You can add a gift message too and we'll include it with the order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day, no questions asked, return or exchange policy most of our products. (Bespoke items such as personalised clothing, or collars that have been adjusted using our Custom Fitting Service, are non returnable unless they are defective.) Products returned to us must be securely packaged, and in an unused condition with any tags attached. We recommend that you use a tracked or signed for delivery service and retain proof of postage.
If requested, a full refund will be issued within 7 days upon receipt of the goods. Costs for returning items are the customer's responsibility, unless a product is defective or we've made a mistake, in which case return postage costs will be reimbursed up to the value of 2nd Class Recorded Mail or equivalent international service, or we can arrange a returns label.
You can exchange any item for a different size/colour/style within the 30-day returns/exchange period. Simply return the item to us securely packaged, and in an unused, resaleable condition with any tags attached, and include your instructions.
Small items can usually be exchanged for free, but we may need to charge postage for bulky or heavy items that require a courier.
