New Prediletto Coats arrived!!!

The new Autumn must have-pieces from Prediletto have now arrived. I, personally, have fallen in love with the 'Canary Walk' raspberry and yellow check coat, but Prince is determined to wear the Woodland Check Coat when he goes walking on our Estate. 

Dog Parka Coats are also back this year and once again I have had the dilemma of trying to decide which Dog Parka Coat box to have a snooze in. We have a new storage room at the palace now, which means there is lots more space for the new Autumn/Winter collection.

Pet Accessories for a (British) Summer

Princess is currently on a tour of Callander, so I'll be writing the blog this month. 

Well summer is here! Sort of. If you are getting fed up of the constantly changing weather then take a Waterproof Raincoat when you go on your travels. It is lightweight so you can take it off and give it to your staff to carry when the sun comes out.

This month the Palace's PR people went into overdrive following the revelation of the Rolex Dog Collar. The story was featured in The Sun and the Daily Mail and has been discussed all around the world. 

Princess has stayed out of the public eye to avoid the inevitable questions about whether she will be sporting a collar with a built-in watch as well. Instead, she has spent the month pampering herself and destressing with her favourite cat toys including the Leopard Cat Balls and the Fluffy White Mouse which is currently on sale. It seems that her gorgeous new feline friend Cinderella, aka Cindy, has been doing the same!

Dating Site for Dogs Launched by the Kennel Club
Three cheers for the Kennel Club who this month launched the first ever online dating site for dogs. The site aims to put an end to genetic problems caused by some breeders mating dogs who are too closely related, or "inbred". I have been on the look out for a female friend so I was thrilled to hear the news and eager to sign my self up straight away. Princess the Cat was less than thrilled to hear the news, as she assumed (correctly) that I'd be spending most of my time looking at the ladies and not getting any work done, but she's got nothing to complain about as she's been busy testing out the new Pretty Kitty and Pretty Puppy pet beds / crate matresses...


New Pretty Pet Beds/ Crate Mattresses Arrived!
These beds are really quite magical as they keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. They have the softest texture, a cotton filled padding and bolsters too. I assume they are very comfortable (I use the word assume because haven't actually tried them out myself because Princess has been testing them out for over a week now for around 16 hours each day, and seems to sleep very well in them. She says between naps that she can't decide whether the pink or the blue is her favourite colour.)
