Brand New Products Launched

The new collection of designer dog collars, leads, cat collars and toys have been flying off the shelves since they arrived at the beginning of the month. The demand for the Prince & Princess Petwear range has been so intense 60 degrees north that company My Little Closet is now the sole distributor of the collection in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.

We salute you Jack the Parrot at Hobdays Pet Shop, Coventry, who scratched and pecked the theives who broke into his shop this month. As if providing police with dna from the blood and torn clothes wasn't brilliant enough. Jack then kept guard over the shop and his friends all night until the human shop owner returned in the morning.

We now give the royal seal of approval for Youtube. For a while the pet and animals category was used chiefly by owners uploading videos of us doing tricks for them or sneaky films of us caught unawares by your camera lenses (often not looking anywhere near our best for such public appearances.) But for the second month running a video has helped identify cruel humans. This time Ginger a dog who was left in a car park.

Yes, they are very warm and yes, they provide a lovely vista of your territory, but as the lovely Lola of Coventry discovered this month, they are not pleasant places when you've been stuck inside for 15 hours. So fellow felines, avoid the Mary Bale's of this world and choose a bed instead.

We've been so very busy this month ordering our staff around! We've had them wallpapering our palace and clearing out old stock to make way for the brand new designer dog and cat collars and leads arriving this August! More Balls Please

Prince and I have not failed to notice how many ball games are happening this month. If you are a bit of a football fan you might want to get in on the act too with the Football Crazy Dog Toy.   A good tip for getting the strangers visiting your home to play with you is to take the ball in your mouth and lightly jab your chosen human in the back of the knee. This is best done after the game and before the barbeque has got going. You might even get a sneaky sausage!

Launch of the Cat Couture Collection

Last month Princess and I had the honour of launching the long-overdue Cat Clothing Collection. The collection, which includes designer cat hoodies, and cat tank tops with heart motifs, was well received by the world’s press and fashion experts.

Only the finest materials have been used to create each piece (as specified by Princess, the designer of the collection,) and already felines across the globe are placing orders.

We’ve been really busy over the last month helping the humans unpack lots of boxes of (human) jewellery for accessoriespalace.co.uk the new fashion accesories boutique. It’s such a hard life.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, we were returning to the UK, exhausted after a round-the-world photo shoot, when the airport lost our Luxury Carriers. So if anyone happens to see 8 Army Camo Carriers in Pink, 4 Love Heart Travel Bags in Red, and 7 Travel Carriers in Green Camo and Wine colours, anywhere between the Grand Canyon and Heathrow, please let us know.

Never let it be said that pets can’t predict fashion trends. Two months ago Princess and I launched the classy Dottie Dog Collar, which was designed by moi. Not only is it a really popular design but now all the human fashion magazines are copying the monochrome style…

Meanwhile, Princess’s Union Jack Charm has also been very popular amongst the nation’s patriotic pets, and the humans are trying to copy that too…
